This included managing the clients in all phases of the process:  preparation of the “offer”, communication between the client and our company, and quality control.
Oversaw the company’s Sales Office and various commercial agents located throughout Europe and North Africa. This included motivating and encouraging the Sales Team under my direction.  I also prepared the yearly budget for my department which included the projected analysis of customer turnover.
Briefed the Chief Executive Officer and General Manager weekly regarding each client portfolio.  Resolved client problems and disputes.  Organized international fairs and events that publicized and marketed my company’s services.
