•	Lead the global communication strategy and implementation for Dorel Sports, divisions (Cycling Sports Group, Pacific Cycle Group and Apparel/Footwear Group) and brands (Cannondale, GT, Schwinn, Sugoi, Sombrio, Kid Trax and Mongoose).
•	Direct various global markets, departments and brand teams to create consumer excitement and brand preference. 
•	Act as lead divisional spokesperson, setting and implementing the media relations’ strategy. 
•	Ensure communication goals are aligned with profit driving business objectives. 
•	Develop integrated campaign aligning print, digital, social, PR and new media. 
•	Direct new product launches, working with product development, brand marketing and senior management to ensure the most effective strategies are used and products all communications are aligned with corporate strategy and brand direction.
•	Direct processes and policies to ensure global alignment and integration of communications.


•	Lead the global public relations strategy and implementation for CSG and its brands (Cannondale, GT, Schwinn and Mongoose), ensuring that communications are aligned with strategic brand direction. 
•	Prepare public relations plans, monitor and measure progress and effectiveness. 
•	Manages the CSG PR budget and agency relationships. 
•	Drive sports marketing communications and social media strategy for campaigns and ongoing communications. 
•	Maintain relationships with key endemic and non-endemic members of the press. 
•	Works cross-functionally to develop effective press materials. 
•	Drive new product launch events, working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the most effective ?strategies possible are used to meet communication and event goals. ?

•	•	Develop and implement all public relations, advertising, and marketing communications strategies and initiatives. 
•	Direct marketing responsibilities, including print, web, email, broadcast, and radio.
•	Art direct all collateral creation- including brochures, posters, direct mail, email, maps, and event programs.
•	Develop and implement event marketing and communication plans for regional and national events. 
•	Manage content and design of destination and event websites.
•	Act as spokesperson for the destination/ town government on local, regional, and national television and radio. 
•	Manage marketing and communication budget.
•	Prepare and implement official communication plan. ?

•	Oversee and manage all client marketing, advertising, and public relations responsibilities.
