Two of my top core values are service and growth. My professional career in customer service has taught me how to serve both customers and teammates through effective communication and attentiveness to the needs of others. My work with an executive coach has taught me how to help others grow both personally and professionally. I value being pushed outside of my comfort zone, growing in different environments, and learning new technical skills. My professional career has taught me how to have a healthy work-life balance by effective time management, goal setting, practicing integrity, vulnerability and responsibility. My greatest professional achievement through my career has been during my time with James McPartland’s team. I have had the privilege of working with clients all over the country helping them reach their personal and professional goals by helping create content, being a part of their coaching calls, and even coaching myself.
