Accounts Receivable and Credit Manager

I am a former small business owner with experience in job costing and budgeting. I am a data analyst and proven leader. Over the years I have become a lifetime learner with a natural interest in a wide range of accounting fields with a focus on forensic accounting. I am currently enrolled in my final semester to obtain the credits necessary to sit for the first section of the CPA exam.

Approving and monitoring customer credit status for order approval, reconciling and managing customer payments and accounts via SAP ERP system, disputing and confirming charge backs, resolving customer billing disputes utilizing V-lookups, creating invoices, credit memos, and adjusting journal entries to maintain account accuracy, overseeing account set-ups and collection accounts, implementing accounting process improvements.

Entering and converting from foreign currency all international orders based upon proformas utilizing Southware ERP system, confirming vendor purchase order pricing, maintaining vendor and customer files, receiving consignment inventory, performing month-end bank reconciliations and month-end accruals, performing estimated-to-actual cost analysis, performing daily inventory account auditing, invoice matching, vouching, and coding.
