My current goal is to acquire an internship where I can put my knowledge and skills in I/O Psychology to work and where the company culture is a good organizational fit.

Work as a part of a training specialist team on a contracted job to perform a task analysis as part of an agency wide effort to update their training program.

Become well versed in the application of psychological principles to organizations with an emphasis on applied theories of organizational behavior including models of motivation, job satisfaction, and productivity; test theory and construction and statistics and experimental design.

As part of my practicum, work in the university's consulting center, UCF Performance Solutions, as an associate consultant.
