?	Create and proofread copy and design for project collateral and public outreach materials
?	Communicate via electronic media and in person with diverse stakeholder committees and elected officials regarding projects which include environmental preservation programs, transportation projects and bike-sharing
?	Coordinate with staff to ensure accurate and current public information is available on the OCTA website, project fact sheets and annual reports
?	Assist project managers in the planning and facilitation of public outreach events including organizing  task schedules, research and compilation of contact databases and direct mailings
?	Manage marketing campaigns for OCTA committees including schedule maintenance, copy creation and advertising via social and traditional news media
?	Maintain good working relationships with various External Affairs department staff to effectively meet project deadlines
