•	Leading the systematic development of world class athletes, coaches and technical leaders by ensuring we have the right athletes in the right sports and they are given the appropriate support. 
•	Implementing Gold, Silver and Bronze medal results from the 2014 World Championships into Own The Podium’s Data Base
•	Assisting Own The Podium’s CEO, Directors and Managers in reviewing all National Sport Organizations High Performance Athlete Development plans for the 2016 Rio Olympics and Paralympics. 
•	Reviewing and implementing National Sport Organization 2015-2016 financial requests.
