Custom Sales/Customer Service

Working with a established business for the past 3 years has provided me with the knowledge to excel in custom domestic and overseas production. Being at the age of 23 I am looking forward to expanding my career opportunities

I work in the Custom Sales department at Otto Cap. My main job responsibilities consist of processing orders, following the production of each custom order, processing overseas orders, providing pertinent product knowledge to new and existing customers. I am also required to meet a quota in which I excelled at in 2014 to present.  With revenue into the millions for the company.

Answer all incoming calls that the business is receiving.
Responsible for managing existing and new customer’s orders until completed.
Responsible for servicing all existing and new vendor accounts for the company.
Personally assist manager/owner with files, account management and any labor needed to complete a order.
Inputting all orders to the company database into Shopworks.
Responsible for greeting any walk-ins that could be potential sales or are in need of a service quote.
Make outgoing calls to surrounding local business and give them information about company services and monthly specials
 


Custom Sales/ Customer Service

Being that Zumiez is a retail clothing store I had several different job responsibilities. The majority of my shifts would be spent covering the cash register ringing up customers and assisting with exchanges or returns. 
It was expected of me to know all of the Brands that were carried by Zumiez both skate and snow. I also had to help behind the Skateboard counter. Learning how to assemble skateboards from grip tape to trucks and wheels.
