Driver

I am a recent graduate with my Bachelors of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from Bridgewater State University. I currently am employed by Target taking on the roles of Guest Service and Photo Lab Team Member. I have done crowd management for special events at Target such as black friday and designer release dates. I also work for C.W. Douglas Napa in Buzzards Bay, MA as a driver. I have strong customer service skills. I have learned how to work well both as a part of a team and independently. I have a strong sense of urgency and I am very organized. I am currently looking for opportunities within an organization with room to grow and develop as an employee.

As a team member for C.W. Douglas Napa in Buzzards Bay I have learned a lot about working with a diverse population. As a major parts supplier for Upper Cape Cod, planning and prioritization is vital to the success of the company. At Napa I am responsible for planning my own routes, pulling my own orders, pulling stock orders, restocking inventory, keeping the delivery vehicles well maintained, customer satisfaction, and many other aspects of the job that keep the company running efficiently.

At Target I am responsible for the photo lab and I also work in guest services. Over the years of working there I have learned how to deal with difficult people calmly. Every single day there is something new going on including different policies being implemented. The expereince I had obtained from this job is priceless because I have learned how to deal with the public and how to calm people down. I have also learned how to detect fraud and shoplifters.

Guest Services

During my employment at NAPA auto parts I was responsible for delivering parts to customers. I was also responsible for processing new inventory and putting away inventory.I was also responsible for mixing custom paints and spray paints. I also processed defective parts and core parts. I also learned how to operate a forklift while working here. We also had to maintain and fix our two trucks. Sometimes we had to fix them in very creative ways.The store ended up closing shortly after I started there and we were responsible for transporting the inventory to the Plymouth location.

Delivery Driver

I actually was one of the original employees of this shop. After building the shop I left to go work as a delivery driver for a pizza shop for a few months then returned when business picked up in the spring. My job here was to fix bicycles, build new bicycles, maintain the shop and process inventory. While there I learned how to prep road bikes for races and worked on bikes that ranged from $100-$20000 tandems.
