Fulfillment Manager

Interface with  non-military agencies such as fire departments conducting safety inspections. Receive, inventory, store, and issue of 32 million dollars of military equipment. Ensure that all weapons are inspected and fully operational.

Logistics Coordinator / Team Leader

Establishes operational procedures for activities such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of raw materials, and keeping the warehouse inventory current. Interview, select, and train warehouse and supervisory personnel who will supervise the activities of workers engaged in receiving, storing, and shipping products or raw materials. Plan, develop, and implement warehouse safety and security programs and activities. Plan work schedules and assign duties to maintain adequate staffing level. Review and insure that all work processes are completed and performed properly including daily receipt of all stock, report of damage, short, or overage on shipments. Evaluate employee performance and monitor employee time and wages for preparation of performance appraisals. Review the warehouse records system and maintain accurate inventory by monitoring the cycle count process, factory returns procedures.

Staff, train, evaluate and develop team members. Ensure adherence to delivery standards, route development and planning, efficiencies and DOT regulatory requirements. Manages drivers' delivery and personnel scheduling, and hours worked, in order to maintain DOT compliance. Establish and maintain positive customer relationships, resolving customer issues. Serve as liaison between distribution and sales. Manage and audit team member's timekeeping. Manage within labor and OPEX budget.
