Involved handling on-site football promotions and strategies including boosters, alumni and future donors. Main responsibilities include:

- Manage and coordinate the Pride Club tailgate tent located outside of the football stadium. 
- Coordinate game day logistics to assist sponsors such as Texas Roadhouse, Famous Dave’s and Budweiser throughout the football game.
- Execute web-based ticket sales and walk-up customers with opperations to attend exclusive pre-game area. 
- Display advertising signage to increase awareness of corporate partnerships and  sponsored brands. 
- This internship required me to utilize leadership, management, advertising and customer service skill traits.

Graduate Intern in Game Promotions/Operations

Engage the audience at DU revenue generating athletic events with elements outside of the competition. This position entailed:

- Engage attending fans to best represent the “DU” brand to ensure repeat attendance.
- Create promotional in-event items and activities with all revenue generating athletic programs such as marketing fliers, public service announcements, and special events with athletic teams and the surrounding community. 
- Implement sponsored elements to provide return of investment to partner while entertaining and providing customer service. 
- Create marketing collateral pieces to advertise upcoming events.
- Write and edit in-game public address announcements for scripts pertaining to men’s basketball, soccer and hockey. 
- Supervise 10 work study students by providing direction on different projects and game execution.

Practicum/internship responsibilites included:

- Manage several recreational sport programs such as flag football, softball and basketball. 
- Created flyers, public address announcements, operated budgets and managed/site-directed the actual recreational programs. 
- Set the foundation for the City of Greeley to start a youth lacrosse program by creating a detailed budget, field requirements (city ordinance documents)
