Professional Photographer

To obtain a position as a Photographer/ Editor where my diverse skills in creativity and photography will be utilized and challenged to their fullest extent, with opportunity to grow

I served as a Print Production Specialist. I examined prints for quality control, correct amount, and packaged photographic prints in correct packaging, handling prints with care. I prepared metal sheets for printing and constructed mounts.

Seasonal Print Production Specialist

I served as a Police Photographer for the Record and Identification Unit. I photographed evidence, civilian/ officer injuries, suspects and newly released prisoners. As a Police Photographer I also photographed all police related public events including; award ceremonies, banquets, graduations, fundraisers, etc. After photographing an event I retouched and archived all images to prepare them for ordering and print production.

Photographer/ Retoucher

I served as the director of the photography department. I led engaging classroom discussions and demonstrated and crafted all photography projects for over 100 campers, managed my department's budget and 10 person staff, and organized session art shows.

I was also a traditional camp counselor, and led my cabin of campers through daily activities, traditional camp events, and outdoor skills tests.

I served as an intern working alongside photographers to absorb the ‘in’s and out’s’ of a professional photography studio. I was then promoted to a paid position, where I assisted with on-location shoots and in the studio helping the main photographer to smoothly operate a successful photo shoot
