Content Creator and Sales Specialist



Manage bakery production operations including production, ordering, inventory control, merchandising, food safety, work safety, communication, training and supervision of staff.  Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge. Provide leadership in line with company values, promotes a positive and progressive work environment.

Purchase all inventory and ingredients based on movement to minimize waste and maximize sales. Employ analytical savvy to predict sales on a weekly basis. These predictions also take into account weather patterns, discounted items, and holidays. 

Follow all Oregon Organic Tilth procedures to ensure all products fall within the organic guidelines. 

Implement data analytics to drive decisions regarding purchasing, production, inventory, and labor budgets. Schedule staff to suit business needs and stay below budgeted hours. Manage production numbers to decrease waste while driving sales upwards by using strong merchandising and customer engagement.
