Field Engineer

I am a young man living in San Diego with a B.S in Civil Engineering Technology. I am currently employed as an estimator in the construction industry. Although my current position has given me great professional experience, I would like to begin a career in the motorsports / racing industry. I am an extremely intelligent individual that posses as strong set of interpersonal communication skills as well as a diligent work ethic.

Development of design drawings as needed throughout a project, Responsible for controlling job cost items & job budget, Review Critical Picks, , Perform field layout and survey assist, Assist in Generating: MPR, QF Reports & Project Cash Flow, Activity Take-offs, Implement Environmental permits and regulations, Acquire necessary plans/specifications, Coordinate Subcontractors as needed, Evaluate schedule progress and update/create project schedule, Analyze: shop drawings, as-builts and other contract required documents to ensure accuracy, Verify compliance with contract specifications,  Develop work plans and JHA’s, Quality Control & Quality Management, Assist with Project Submittals, Submittal Acquisition, and Review Incoming Submittal Prior to Sending to Owner, Overall expert on all details and requirements of a project

Hard Bid Projects, Cost takeoffs, Project Scheduling, Project Engineering, Customer Procurement, RFI Inquiry, Contract Negotiations, Contract Creation and Daily Reports.

Estimator

Daily on site plan & schedule, Review of engineering plans, Daily reports, General labor for new water system configuration, Assisted engineering inspector with routine inspections, Conducted weekly safety meeting.
