For the Sundance Film Festival:

*All photos delivered via flash drive,  memory card or dropbox

* Process photos using Adobe Bridge and Reach Engine (Sundance DAM)

*Monitor daily assignments to ensure timely processing of images

* Review daily assignments and general shotlists to confirm all needs are met

* Select images for social media, press or video requests

*Edit photos for specific needs (jumbotron, blog, stories, etc) 

o Ensure all photos are uploaded to data asset management system (Reach Engine)

Photo Editor

Process large quantities of photos covering diverse events with attention to detail and accuracy.

? Sort images and add required metadata via Adobe Bridge to ensure assets are ready for upload to 

DAM system.

? Quickly become familiar with Institute Program structure and naming conventions.

? Use publications, internal documentation, and internet research to confirm proper metadata and 

tagging.

? Execute upload operations, monitor processes, apply changes as needed, and confirm 

completeness.

Maintain a log recording the time and date of all photo upload operations

Photo Archives Assets Assistant

Manage and coordinate all social media. 
Brain storm strategies.

Social Media Manager

Developed logo for the organization and implemented branding identity. Created poster for upcoming fundraiser and workshop.

Freelance Designer

Worked as a volunteer in the marketing department for the Sundnace Film Festival. Duties included: managing daily photo galleries of festival events, assisting photo editors with daily tasks, managing and keep track of photographed events, help managing photographs in Reach Engine,  and photographing press line events.

Assistant Photo Editor / Social Media Photographer

Created posters for upcoming music performances hosted by the group Studio WYO on the University of Wyoming campus.

Managed social media outlets, created advertising for city events, photographing events, videoing and editing short films for events, work personally with businesses to coordinate for events, attended organization meetings to collect updates and to assist in projects.

Marketing Intern

Coordinated with the Biomedical Engineering department to create a new poster to advertise their new building and to entice new students to enroll.

Created the logo, t-shirt, bag, and brochure design for Northwest Forensics Institute. This is a camp that furthers the education and skills of high school speech and debaters. The brand is still in implementation.

Created full identity campaign material for Northwest College Board of Trustees candidate, Rick LePlante.

Worked in the Humanities Department and created publicity posters for varying cultural events and educational programs.

Work Study/ Graphic Designer

Student produced literary and visual magazine . Work contributed includes layout design, help in jury of entries, editing, and collating book.
