Process inquires against customers’ accounts, followed by placing holds on available funds. Process legal documents such as: Writs of execution, state and federal taxes, child support, vehicle registration levies, and other out of state judgment’s against customer’s financial accounts. Take monitored and recorded inbound and outbound calls. Answer faxes and emails from banking centers and other bank departments. File documents by date and numerical order. Research customers’ accounts and follow state and federal regulations. Keep track of productivity and enter into production log daily. Document and note take on customer accounts and cases that are open. Protect customer information and follow the rules and regulations provided by the bank. Monitor and label incoming faxes. Count and distribute work to legal processing associates.
Protect customer information by placing it into designated recycle bins provided by the bank. Send out legal correspondence. Meet daily production and work.

Legal Process Specialist

1.	Respond to ECM cases upon receipt and notify the branches immediately for non-receipt of the items.
2.	Research and resolve amount discrepancies and process adjustment entry as appropriate.
3.	Perform research and resolve adjustments posted to POD suspense G/L accounts.
4.	Maintain organize records of related transactions.
5.	Meet established research productivity and quality/timeliness rating in accordance with the unit’s production standards.
6.	Perform daily and monthly verification and certification of relevant general ledger accounts. 
7.	Use of Metavante, People Soft, ECM, ISB, Fiserv, Right fax, Microsoft word, and Excel. 
8.	Make out bound calls to banking centers, and receive inbound calls for proper documentation. 

Adjustments & Cash Balancing Specialist III

Responsible for opening and closing the banking center, with supervisor.
Prepare designated teller work stations and other opening/closing procedures.
Process ATM weekly/monthly balancing, pulls and replenishments.
Prepare currency shipments, foreign currency, and QBD bags for Brinks.
Process consumer and business transactions such as: checking and savings withdrawals, deposits, CD/IRA deposits and withdrawals, money market accounts, line of credits, mortgage, credit card, car loans, and safe deposit box payments.
Input International and domestic wire transfers, convert foreign currency, and convert foreign checks into U.S dollars.
Process documentation when required, such as CTR, MIS, and TRM’s.
Follow bank policy and procedures, and federal regulations.
Open and close safe deposit boxes.
Assist in quarterly/annual audits and preparations.
Receive and prepare faxes for bank levies.
Handle large volumes of currency, and maintain balancing accuracy.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales
