Product Manager/ Designer 

Work directly with the NILS Design team in full line creation and development process. Manage CADs, TP's, graphics & seasonal colors. Manage pre-production, salesman samples and bulk production. Source and develop new fabrics and trims, lab dip new seasonal colors, track submission and communicate changes/approvals with oversea suppliers. Coordinate all fit sessions with the different teams. Communicate fit comments to factories to ensure NILS criteria, form, fit and function are always met. Manage seasonal photo-shoots and catalog for the season. Assist the marketing team with  Ad development and social media support. Ongoing competitive research and trend analysis.

Product Line Manager/ Product Development Coordinator

Supports the product line merchant and category manager in all aspects of product creation.  Communication, information accuracy, and attention to detail are all key elements. Manage all data in Oakley's M1 system and ensure information is always 100% accurate and updated. Responsible for inventory of samples, arranging and prepping samples for meetings and ensuring any cross-functional team needs are met. Conduct in-depth market research on current products in the market and present them in a clear concise format. Clear and detail communication skills are a must. Special Project as assigned.

Associate Product Line Manager

Material development for Apparel and Accessories for the lifestyle category, manage quality testing for all materials used in apparel and accessories, correspond with oversea vendors, source and develop relevant materials. Work closely with merchandising and design to develop advanced concepts for material commercialization, present new and innovative ideas in materials, and assist in development of data management software. Develop and source trim and hangtags domestic and oversees across all categories for apparel and accessories. Create visual tools for the AFA team for all materials such as boards, art pages and charts per season. Work in special projects as assigned.

Material Developer

Partner in project management process for assigned products, with an emphasis on quality trim development and timely completion of all tasks in accordance with the applicable calendar.  Work close with vendors and communicating trim approval status, dates of submits, costing. Work with testing lab/ trim vendors to troubleshoot wear, material and construction issues. Log weekly test reports per season. Responsible for trim color management through lab dip evaluation for salesman samples and bulk production. Ensure trim tracking reports are updated and made available for weekly meetings in order to confirm that calendar dates and timelines are being adhered to. Special projects as assigned.
