Student Program Coordinator

A detailed-oriented event planning professional with 9 plus years experience in the marketing field. Strengths include excellent interpersonal relations and communication skills. Also the ability to speak publically and provide excellent customer service. Successful in managing multiple projects and resolving communication issues. Works well independently and as part of a team in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.

Primary role is to manage clinical placements of students into approximately 200 facilities across 9 states and develop analytics and metrics to project future growth. 
•	Developed and implemented a new process to streamline communications to ensure successful student on boarding resulting in 288 student placements
•	Served as an internal and external liaison between our facilities and universities nationwide resulting in improved client relations with university fieldwork coordinators
•	Plan and execute logistics for state conferences and university job fairs to decrease cost 
•	Worked closely with Directors of Rehab and Fieldwork Educators to ensure quality customer service to resolve compliance issues.


Primary role was to develop and market athletic events to the university and surrounding community. In addition, manage the budget for internal & external marketing and purchasing of promotional items. 
•	Planned and executed marketing campaigns and events to drive attendance to athletics events resulting in an increase of membership from 500 to 4,000
•	Developed an intern program and the student intern handbook to train the policies and procedures
•	Managed and assisted with design of creative collateral and apparel for marketing events resulting in a consistent brand presentation
•	Worked closely with the sales and development departments to ensure contract fulfillment
•	Served as a mentor to student-athletes in career exploration or post-graduate education


Marketing Coordinator 

Responsible for managing and directing talent appearances during nationally televised athletic events. In addition, manage staff and coordinating promotional events. 
•	Served as an internal/external liaison to the facility management resulting in a problem-free game-day production
•	Managed relations with talent managers to ensure sponsorship fulfillment and increase productivity 
•	Worked closely with the Production Director to ensure timely productivity during time sensitive situations
•	Collaborated with community vendors to maintain positive client relations


Event Entertainment Director 

Primary role was to develop and market athletic events to the university and surrounding community. In addition, manage game day preparations.
•	Planned and executed a Think Pink fundraising event to increase community awareness of the fight against Breast Cancer
•	Assisted with design of creative collateral for marketing events to ensure a consistent brand presentation
•	Worked closely with the Marketing Director to create event themes to drive attendance to athletic events
•	Served as a game-day manager for athletic events to direct presentations and sponsored promotions


Marketing & Promotions Intern

Primary role was to manage athlete appearances in the community, in addition to assist with game day duties.
•	Manage athlete public appearance during community service to increase exposure of the organization 
•	Worked closely with professional athletes to get fundraising collateral to improve 
•	Managed sponsor relations during in game presentations resulting in efficient time management during television timeouts
•	Managed media and public relations during Raiders pre-season camp to increase positive publicity and marketing 
•	Managed special guests’/sponsors’ at the stadium to improve their game day experience
