I am customer service representative with 7 years’ experience in retail management, customer relations and support, and sales. 

Until recently, I was part of a Corporate Compliance team for Endologix while maintaining a part time position as a Customer Service Representative at The Home Depot. In these roles, I have worked with multiple clients varying from physicians and nurses to construction and home renovation. Previously, I worked on creating and maintaining relationships with caterers, restaurant owners and managers, and individuals for Smart & Final.

Colleagues know me as a highly organized and creative contributor who can be trusted to come up with a fresh approach. I understand that the client’s needs come first, and I am always ready to lend my skills and support in order to create a more positive customer experience. I spend much of my time trying to better understand my customer base before suggesting potential ideas or changes. I work well alone, but I work best when part of a team.

I have a BA from Long Beach State, and I am working towards becoming a certified Event Planner.

- Coordinate meetings with vendors, sales team, and executives

- Interviewed and selected section editors for poetry, art, essay, fiction, and layout design teams

- Read and edited submissions for publication in all section areas

- Composed and organized layout of the annual publication

- Read and edited submitted manuscripts and made recommendations for improvements, acceptance, and scheduling for publication

- Conducted meetings with authors and management to discuss and review of manuscripts, necessary edits, schedules, and deadlines

Executive Assistant/Intern

-Developed sales aids and promotional materials. Independently made sales presentations to executive chefs, restaurant managers, and owners in Orange County about Smart & Final products and services. Achieved 80% repeat customer business
