Jaclyn Fauls


I am customer service representative with 7 years’ experience in retail management, customer relations and support, and sales. Until recently, I was part of a Corporate Compliance team for Endologix while maintaining a part time position as a Customer Service Representative at The Home Depot. In these roles, I have worked with multiple clients varying from physicians and nurses to construction and home renovation. Previously, I worked on creating and maintaining relationships with caterers, restaurant owners and managers, and individuals for Smart & Final. Colleagues know me as a highly organized and creative contributor who can be trusted to come up with a fresh approach. I understand that the client’s needs come first, and I am always ready to lend my skills and support in order to create a more positive customer experience. I spend much of my time trying to better understand my customer base before suggesting potential ideas or changes. I work well alone, but I work best when part of a team. I have a BA from Long Beach State, and I am working towards becoming a certified Event Planner.
