Group Exercise Director/Group Exercise Instructor

Managed a $5.56 million territory with 25 retail stores in three states and increased store traffic and exceeding annual sales goals. Achieved retail trend that was 2% better than company trend.  Built an effective sales team of 40 that exceeded the hourly productivity goal. Event Manager- Seasonal Position

Responsible for $5.56 million business consisting of Giorgio Armani/Ralph Lauren designer fragrances. 
Territory included 25 doors for the Macy’s, Nordstrom, and Dillard’s accounts in WA, ID, and UT.  
Built and managed a team of 40+  Sales/RSS associates to drive retail sales.
Analyzed and developed business plan by door to achieve retail sales and net shipment goals.
Exceeded retail sales goals which resulted in a retail trend that was 2% better than the company trend.  
Developed key store management and buying office relationships.
Presented seasonal product lines and brand programs to sales force and retail management.  
Negotiated space and location for events, new product launch and high volume opportunities.
Planned and executed promotional planning of product launches, in-store events, and visual weeks.
Prepared and managed quarterly budgets for sales force spend, advertising, events, product trainings, promotional marketing, and travel.  
Conducted sales team weekly payroll. 
Maintained counter and case line presentations and visual signage for all doors to reflect corporate schematics.
Responsible for the inventory levels at all stores.

Account Executive

Generated advertising revenue through pursuit of new accounts, up selling existing accounts, and identifying new opportunities. 
Coordination of client servicing operations included: events and promotions, campaign development, commercial production, radio remotes, traffic scheduling, and collections.
Exceeded personal average monthly sales goal by 31% within a two year period.  Contributed 32% of the total radio station sales. Received two sales recognition awards.

Account Manager

Responsible for sponsorship/event services for the Latinoamerica PGA and Asian PGA golf tours which included: event coordination, delivering sponsorship benefits, management of volunteers, event staff, and media teams, event advertising, operations, vendor coordination, and financial management of the department.
Coordinated corporate pro-ams, PGA golf tournaments,hospitality marquees, media conferences, and hotel accommodation for tour and corporate sponsors.
Responsible for production of tournament merchandise, signage, and printed materials.
Responsible for development and fulfillment of sponsorship programs worth $3 million.
Managed a team of 25+ 
Events averaged 10,000 visitors
Tournament event promotions averaged 200 international press clippings written per event.
Created the Sponsor & Events Services manual.  Increasing professional standards of client communications, event logistics, and departmental expectations.  
Promoted to build the sponsorship/events service department for a new golf tour- Latinoamerica PGA.
