I currently work in a very fast paced environment as a sales rep for a top alcohol distributer where I am the face of top alcohol brands and suppliers in major chain retail stores across Central Ohio. I am responsible for ordering product, building displays, and maintaining inventory levels at the store level. In the past I have been a member of the Abercrombie & Fitch eCommerce team where I was involved in many levels of the online operations and strategies. In my time there, I was an integral piece in coordinating major eCommerce and digital marketing related projects with a focus on UAT. I have found that my outgoing spirit and sense of humor have allowed me to fit in while I have consistently exceeded requirements, timelines, and expectations with minimal supervision.

-	Coordinate with sales representatives and delivery drivers to effectively execute sales plans of top wine, beer, and spirit brands to major chain grocery stores in the Columbus area
-	Build product displays and manage promotional material ensuring displays and signage support current themes, promotions, and prices to maximize sales and complete retail, distributor and supplier objectives
-	Promote proper shelf space management ensuring products were properly priced, rotated and merchandised

- Work with a team of fraud experts to reduce and eliminate any potential fraudulent orders or customers
- Contributed to the Fraud department finishing 2011 $1.5M under budget
- Member of the Shipment Tracking Team solving inquiries from customers about shipment problems and quality issues ensuring quality customer service to customers around the world
- Make adjustments to orders and inventory at a SKU-level using CommercialWare OMS across four brands 
- Diagnose and coordinate solutions of shipping errors with distribution centers and mail carriers
- Participate in weekly team and department-wide meetings updating on short and long term goals and initiatives

eCommerce Fraud Analyst

- Helped deliver redesigned Abercrombie, Hollister, Abercrombie Kids, and Gilly Hicks eCommerce websites to customers internationally and domestically by testing functionality and usability
- Successfully coordinated three major A&F projects for 2011 including European web sites and fulfillment, mobile experience, and a checkout redesign
- Executed various test plans, general testing, and investigative user acceptance testing ensuring quality implementation of new sites and functionality that positively reflect the brand
- Helped optimize internal site search with Adobe Search & Promote matching keywords and products
- Effectively communicated issues and discrepancies of sites through proper channels using HP Quality Center and followed up with them to ensure proper fixes and zero regression in related areas
