Answer customer phone calls, place orders, shipment tracking, customer questions, process online orders using NxTrend and Celerant. Orders also included Amazon, Ebay, International, and beret.com orders. Merchandise quality control 2nd check, process decline and backordered merchandise, multiple merchandise inventory checks for online orders and four store locations, merchandise transfers, dropship orders, online order picker and matcher, run the return/exchange dept which includes opening boxes/envelopes to determine return or exchange, check quality of return/exchange items, customer communication through phone and email about returns/exchanges, log customer returns/exchanges in Excel, put merchandise back in warehouse, pull customer receipts, refund appropriate accounts (Paypal, Amazon, Google checkout, credit cards), pick items wanted for exchange
