Employment Coordinator

-Manages and develops a company-specific information database
-Assists recruiters in attributing appropriate resumes for job placements, as well as managing all major business correspondence, incoming and outgoing
-Performs daily job lead searches within specific industries
-Pro-active participation in improving/streamlining current business processes
-Manages basic invoicing and in-bound payments
-Performs routine office tasks necessary for the operation and presentation of a professional office as observed by the supervisor
-Helps organize, develop and write content for pamphlets, articles, and workbooks
-Formats and prepares all contracts, business correspondence, and creates several e-mail marketing campaigns and written content

Executive Assistant

-Provides leadership and training to crew members
-Manages inventory and merchandising to maximize sales
-Works as a team to achieve store goals while maintaining the company values
-Operates cash register while interacting with costumers and providing outstanding customer service
-Shares knowledge and delight to customers by helping to answer their questions and make recommendations about products
-Works in the demonstration area to help plan, prepare and serve bite-sized portions of fabulous food to customers while they shop

Crew Member

-Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of Starbucks
-Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard and to set a positive example for the shift team
-Anticipates customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues.
-Assists with new partner training by positively reinforcing successful performance and giving respectful and encouraging coaching as needed
-Delivers legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with the customer
-Executes store operations during scheduled shifts, organizes opening and closing duties as assigned
-Follows Starbucks operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety and security, to ensure the safety of all partners during each shift
-Utilizes operational tools to achieve operational excellence during the shift
