My niche is collaborating on creating and bringing big ideas to life. I excel at both creative ideation as well as tracking down all the details required for successful implementation of products, and both communication and marketing plans. 

I'm data driven, detail oriented, and deadline focused.

Specialties: Content marketing, integrated marketing plans, and storytelling through personal narratives and case studies.

AbilityCatcher has a mission to “humanize the way the world thinks and treats individuals with differing abilities.” The stories – both collective and individual – are the collateral behind this business. We are a creative think tank and production company that aims to cleverly and accurately portray rich stories in the ability space through a wide-variety of mediums.

When a concept or story idea comes to AbilityCatcher, that idea gets placed in the center of a bright room where it can be studied at all angles. Drawing from “Social Innovation” concepts, mental creativity becomes the questioner. What emerges in this process is a “connected difference” where:

The Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA) is the technology services industry’s largest and most vibrant association.
•  Created and managed the annual marketing budget. 
•  Established and reported out KPIs for marketing performance. 
•  Drove lead generation through inbound and outbound marketing activities.
•  Grew the database. 
•  Managed and marketed books to an installed and expanded audience base. 
•  Created and drove the annual marketing cadences for events, membership, and advanced programs, including establishing the marketing mix, measuring results, and making modifications to the plan. 
•  Managed the communication calendar for all member, community, and prospecting email communications.
•  Oversaw three website properties.
•  Managed five personnel and various third party vendors for graphic design and printing services.

Senior Director of Marketing

• Lead role in forming, introducing, and managing the brands for TSIA, Technology Services World, and Technology Services Europe.

Good Cause Communications was a company I started to do contract work.
•	Produced presentations and print collateral for Kodak executives and managers.
•	Produced, designed, and developed content for various small-business websites.

President

The Eastman Kodak Company's Inkjet Printer Business. 
•  Created sell-against presentations for worldwide sales force.
•  Product marketing competitive analysis of All-in-One, Single-Function, Office, and Super-B size printer markets. 
•  Product plan for Super-B sized printer market. 
•  Designed competitive product “War Room.” Organized and oversaw out-of-the-box experience evaluations for over 20 competitive products.
•  Organized the logistics of employee “Demo Days” at Circuit City in San Diego and Rochester, a program where approximately 100 engineers went into retail stores to sell product. Created sales kits and conducted training.

Product Marketing Planner

Phogenix Imaging, a company formed to create a novel digital inkjet retail printing system, was a joint venture between the Eastman Kodak Company and HP.
•  Managed the creation and execution of two sales support websites – one for Hewlett Packard and one for Eastman Kodak Company. 
•  Designed and oversaw the development of a content management system for a sales force of over 100 people. 
•  Performed reviews and training with internal marketing team and HP and Kodak sales representatives.
•  Designed and oversaw the development of a centralized, web-based database.
•  Set up a lead distribution system that would route leads entered from tradeshows, phone calls or the web and set up routing rules for worldwide deployment.
•  Developed numerous customer and product presentations.
•  Hired and supervised external vendors.
•  Streamlined and managed customer communications.
•  Built sales support information.

Customer Marketing Manager

PhotoPoint Corp created and hosted photo sharing websites. 
•  Convinced PhotoPoint executive team of the need to overhaul the design and navigation of the website in order to meet marketing, sales, traffic, and user experience goals. 
•  Coordinated OEM development effort for Epson. 
•  Served as main point of contact between PhotoPoint and Pantellic and supervised all development efforts of Pantellic. 
•  Held weekly intake meetings to receive new ideas from senior management, and conducted on average three conference calls per week with Pantellic team members in Halifax, Nova Scotia to define implementation requirements and timeframes. Traveled 30% to Halifax. 
•  Hired and supervised two project managers, and supervised the community department manager and team of four writers. 
•  Successfully completed the site redesign on time and within budget largely through interpersonal relationships with Pantellic middle managers and development team members.

Executive Producer

The Eastman Kodak Company's global headquarters. 
•	First editor of Kodak’s website, http://www.kodak.com. 
•	Managed a team of four producers and writers, an external consultant, and various external creative agencies. 
•	Personally maintained the content of the Kodak homepage and updated it on a weekly basis. 
•	Produced 22 of the award winning Kodak.com “feature stories,” which won over 50 “Best of the Web” awards for original content and design. Directed each story from concept to implementation to ensure quality and support of the Kodak brand equity. Personally conceived of 20 feature stories ideas. Stories ranged from a Webcast of John Glenn's mission to space to digital innovations in medical imaging.

•	Managed and deployed new products on the Kodak.com website. 
•	Trained subsidiary teams and produced the first websites for Kodak in Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Germany, France, England, and Hong Kong. 
•	Managed translation firms.
