Installation Vivante is an urban agriculture company that offers customized construction and maintenance services on food gardens installed on rooftops, balconies, decks and greenhouses in Montreal.

In this high-paced, globalized world, Installation Vivante helps city-dwellers connect to the food that fuels their daily activities, and promotes a healthy and sustainable lifestyle.

I am helping this start-up grow by developing a realistic business plan, forecasting budgets and sales, and helping to manage the day-to-day activities of this continually expanding green business.

Marketing Strategist

I managed sponsorship agreements and business relationships between Speedo Canada and national and provincial aquatic federations, such as Swimming Canada, Diving Canada, Synchro Canada and Canadian Interuniversity Sports. 

I helped develop, put in place and track sponsorship agreements with the top athletes, the best swim clubs and the most qualified advisory staff in Canada, as well as managing national team outfitting.

I provided on-deck and in-person support at major aquatic events on behalf of the Speedo brand, and worked with team dealers and sales reps at various grass roots events to promote and test product.

During my time at Speedo Canada, I negotiated a long-term sponsorship deal with the CIS Swimming Championships; I provided in-person assistance to the national teams for swimming, diving and synchronized swimming. I attended national coaches conferences and most major aquatic events.

Sports Marketing Coordinator

I traveled around Quebec, promoting and selling different premium beer at festivals and promotional events. I gave lessons on the history, the making, and the different types of beer, as well as personal beer-tasting classes.

By speaking to strangers all day, I developed very strong communication, public speaking, selling and people skills, as well as a very good knowledge of Quebec outside of Montreal.
