Email Marketing Manager

• Day-to-day management of email campaigns including planning, deploying, testing, monitoring and optimizing email campaigns

    • Work with Ecommerce and Marketing to successfully grow email subscriber base while maintaining/improving response and conversion rates

    • Manage all aspects of email planning and analysis by email program: Standard Promotional, Lifecycle Triggered, Transactional Triggered.

    • Collaborate with Marketing, Purchasing, Technology and Ecommerce to support the creation and deployment of email campaigns to support customer growth, product sell-through and sales revenue objectives

    • Develop segmentation targeting strategies to personalize email campaigns and maximize ROI efficiency

    • Create test and learn strategy to improve KPIs and optimize content and mailing strategies.
    Analyze and report on email campaign results and KPIs, highlighting successes, trends and opportunities. 

    • Maintain formal process to update and share findings with 

•	Work with E-Commerce Marketing Manager to develop programming calendars and project schedules.

•	Support E-Commerce Marketing department in executing email communications to support promotional offers, lifecycle marketing and retail events

•	Oversee daily email operations, coordinate email production and QA processes to ensure emails are accurate and deployed on time.

•	Maintain an email calendar including changes to the schedule.

•	Pull accurate lists to deploy emails to that meet the business goals and email best practices.

•	Code emails, add tracking codes to all email assets.

•	Deploy emails and monitor deliverability issues.

•	Log & monitor any bugs in the email marketing program and effectively get these issues resolved by working closely with ESP closely to fix or improve any issue.

•	Report on email results and improve open rate, click-through rate and conversion through segmenting, A/B testing, subject line creation.

•	Lead Photographer for all Photoshoots
