Geospatial Analyst

I want to exact my skillset in both the Design field and well as work for a Company I am passionate about. It is easier to explore and expand when you have the confidence of your company behind you and you behind it. I have a love for the outdoors, shooting sports and design. I want to harbor new exploration in to the world as I learn and develop alondside amazing companies and designers alike. 

I feel that my past work experience at both ToolKing.com and MileHighShooting.com have
established my understanding of high volume web construction as well as how critical it is
to be accurate and professional. As part of my senior experience classes I participated in
numerous Brand Marketing concepts, and brainstorming sessions, that lead to the development
and the usage of the various brand strategies. I also was the production designer
for Zeromile magazine and had the opportunity to work first hand with the printers in
charge of producing the final production. This included finalizing layouts and optimizing
images to prepare them for printing. These steps minimized any down time, miss prints, or
elapsed deadlines. I know that the skills I have learned from this work will be transferable
to my future endeavors

*Utilized proprietary software to research,extract, analyze, edit, and integrate digital data
and imagery published on Bing Maps
Trained on multiple projects and tool sets, in a fast paced and rapidly changing enterprise
environment, to successfully achieve regular deadline driven goals and quotas.

*Manage the receiving and distribution of inventory to multiple locations in and out of state.

*Test and evaluate new equipment and apparel to provide input for procurement of new products for the stores to offer their customers.

Warehouse Coordinator

*Managed and designed MHSA’s print media for marketing. This included re-designing their logo and other printed media, as well as a product offering guide for distribution to retailers at Shot Show (a large industry specific trade show).

*As the only designer, I was in charge of all web based designs. I kept the web site up to date with new products, sales, and other information. I also created all advertising used on other websites.

*Assisted in the ordering of products for the retail shop and for the internet to sale. Assisted in the sale of firearms and firearm accessories, both in person as well as via the internet and/or phone.

In House Designer

Work in a strong team environment, collaborating with other design and
business aspects of the website to provide the highest quality and 
most user friendly website available.

*Used a CMS manager to categorize and edit content on the Tool King website. Ensured that all
 products and descriptions were correct and were easily searchable for the customer.

*Worked in a strong team environment, collaborating on other design and business aspects of the 
 website to provide the highest quality and most user friendly website available.

*In addition to design and content management, I worked in the retail storefront interacting with 
 customers to provide the best customer service from locating tools to cash handling tasks.

Web Content Manager

*Worked with the Creative Director to bring to life his visions for the magazine. This included contacting the print shops and vendors to gather the information needed to complete the project.

* Managed the final output of the spreads, and other content, to prevent costly mistakes at the printers.

*Acquired all the information for printing the guts and cover work as well as supplies needed to set
a budget. We were then able to chose the best print shops for the job.

*Contributed an infographic geared towards informing people on QR codes. I also collaborated with
a fellow artist to write an exposé about Digital Graffiti.
