Analyzed inventory, orders and marketing trends, partnered with key account managers. Managed online product representation; managed images, videos and visual educational tools. Partnered with territory reps and retailers to execute marketing efforts in territory and evaluated results. Coordinated and delegated all logistics for events and trade shows. Developed and systematized the Retailer Specialist position. Traveled through 4 states representing multiple brands, collected data from over 500 retailers distributed in the Pacific Northwest territory and developed a full market analysis. Self-directed territory trips planned around sales goals. Provide retail and business consulting, customized merchandising assistance, product clinics, business analysis for inventory control, social media management, and event coordinator.  December 2013 - Promoted to Marketing and Sales position. 

Retail Specialist

Responsible for providing guests an informative, safe guided horseback tour through the park’s Cascade Canyon.  Required to have and provide an awareness of animal behavior, safety procedures and emergency management.  Responsible for the saddling, feeding, and medical attention to over 120 horses.

Horse Wrangler

Developed and implemented a financial infrastructure for sustainable project at the UMD. Managed financial and energy savings from sustainable investments and cycled savings to the Green Revolving Fund.

Green Revolving Fund - Project Manager

Interacted with a diversified clientele understanding their needs and developed the appropriate vacation packages for each customer; worked with managers and ski school personnel to organize and coordinate private instruction lessons.
