-Answer incoming customer calls
-Process orders for same & next day delivery
-Obtain and advise on ETA’s
-Assist two outside sales representatives with over 100 accounts (restaurants, hotels, and purchasing groups)
-Maintained a pipeline of new clients and making follow up calls to ensure their business and to show excellent customer service
-Run daily sales reports to compare previous YTD sales with current week sales
