After graduating with my degree in Public Relations, I pursued a career as a professional golfer playing full time for four years. Following that, I have gained experience in the sales field working for Cleveland Golf, traveling all over Northern Ohio working demo days for country clubs, and public courses. I have managed and supervised a team of 25 people as a Program Supervisor at InfoCision in Akron, Ohio. I recently got laid off from my position at First Communications and I'm looking for a position in sales or marketing in the golf business.

Assisted and managed First Communications social media presence on LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube and research and identify other relevant social media sites

Adhered to website/social media editorial calendar to ensure content and assets are being released on time

Assist with lead list management and lead blueprinting (blueprinting includes: research , cold calling and/or appointment setting of leads to verify lead validity)

Other projects as assigned

Assist Direct Sales, indirect sales, AMs, and CRMs in both our Chicago and Akron offices with processing orders into computer system (DOE) and verifying paperwork to move new business through to completion

Create monthly/weekly reports of sales figures and results for VP of Sales

Send out and log approved financial pricing for First Communications services to appropriate sales person. 

Train new hires on multiple programs (DOE, VTiger, Teleflex)

Sales Support

Travel around the country to try and become successful on the mini tours and ultimately make it onto the PGA Tour. 

Balance budgets for expenses such as hotels, food, entry fees, and etc. 

Understand how to keep a disciplined practice schedule to improve results and weaknesses.

Assist Ohio Sales Representative 

Travel to various demo days at local public and Country Clubs throughout Ohio

Explain and sell golf equipment by fitting customer and showing the benefits of Cleveland Golf Technology

Assemble and disassemble tent and all demo clubs at each location

Certified Tech Representative

Oversee communicators who are making outbound phone calls to past donors of non profit organizations across the country. 

Communicate with the Account staff through feedback to update and improve scripts which communicators read to each donor. 

Monitor communicator performance and coach those who are below the results needed to be successful.

Conduct brief training classes with communicators introducing new scripts to programs which they have not called before.

Certified to sell life and health insurance in the state of Ohio. 

Manage a weekly schedule of appointments in remote areas all over Ohio. 

Setup new business by calling residents to make appointments within an assigned geographic area.
