Continuously working to build my client's brand and business knowledge in the the music industry.  I co-own one of the largest DJ Conferences in the country that represents 18 DJ Coalitions and 2800 DJs Worldwide.  

I have spent the last 20 plus years building an intregrity based knowledgeof the music business and truly know the revenue streams that affect the industry.

IW is a management and consulting company based in Chicago, IL. I have been working in the music business for 20 years.  Retail, distribution, management (label, artist and producer) and consulting are my primary background.

President/Owner

Clout Agency Group - Booking, Consutling and Managment within the music and entertainment industries.

Present 		 
	Development of budgets/marketing plans to expose music to clients fan base that resulted in sales of music, shows and merchandise.  Build and manage teams to execute marketing and promotions of merchandise and shows associated with the brand. Establish relationships with vendors, venues, and distribution to place product and merchandise for sale to consumers.  Communicate with attorneys, accountants, booking agents, managers, promoters and sponsors on behalf of artists and brands. Arrange travel for clients. Develop solid public relations with press and media to expose the artist and brand to the masses via traditional and viral avenues. 

	Event Planning - Development of concepts, scheduling, marketing, advertising and execution of successful music conferences and events.  Accountable and responsible for creating budgets, staffing, negotiations of hotel, travel, venues, and catering  for two hundred /two thousand attendees of the conferences and events. 	General Manager of an Urban/Rock label.  Over all execution of marketing (street, lifestyle, visual,) retail (co-op, pre-sell, reorder), budget (all aspects), promotion (urban) of 30 - 40 releases a year in both the rock and urban Genre. Human resource management of a 10 person staff. Day to day operations and management of a record label.

General Manager

General management of an independent record label that released 40+ records per year.  Genres included: Pop, AC, Rock, Urban, R&B, Rap and Metal. Day to day operations including, budgets, HR, marketing and promotions.

Developed relationships with independent labels to execute marketing and retail plans.

Label Relations

Responsible for coordinating new releases with independent record labels and insuring accurate placement of product in the region based on market demand.  Development and successful execution of budgets and marketing plans for individual record companies. Procured print, radio, cable and retail co-op advertising for products and merchandise.  Skilled at developing rapport with a divers demographic.  Experienced in the development of long-term customer relations.

Director of Urban Music

Responsible for a 1m+ volume store as well as buying for 18 stores in the south/southeast region.

Store Manager

Developed urban marketing programs for independent record labels on a local and regional level to utilize all avenues of distribution and promotion. Established new markets for New Orleans rap artist in conjunction with the independent labels throughout the southern region of the United States.  Responsible for sales to national retail/wholesale accounts.; Responsible for coordinating new releases and catalog titles distributed to major chains and one stops across the territory. Buyer of urban product for wholesale distribution.  Developed working relationship with buyers throughout the industry via solicitations and co-op advertising.  Establishment and management of new release budget for in-house urban labels.

Store Manager/Regional Buyer

Day to day operations of a rental and retail video store.  Management of 10+ employees.
