Account Manager

I am the marketing coordinator for Experian Consumer Services, a global information services group with operations in 40 countries. I am in charge of coordinating and implementing marketing communication projects with responsibilities that include, special events management, advertising, and creating brand awareness. Some of my duties are organizing the preparation of proposals and presentations using marketing resource materials such as brochures, data, slides, photographs, and reports as well as preparing status reports on marketing efforts. 
As a former United States Army soldier, I am a highly motivated and truly dedicated individual who takes pride in her work. I am disciplined and posses a strong work ethic.

Responsible for proactively building partner relationships, expanding product adoption, identifying and mitigating risk 
·	Advocate for operational excellence by regularly reviewing client SLA reporting and working closely with MCE team to consistently deliver 85% service levels. Manage a $20.6M portfolio which includes some of the largest EPS strategic clients, while effectively building and maintaining client relationships by delivering exceptional day to day support.
·	Cross collaborate with Business Operations, Product and Marketing teams to successfully implement and launch new product suites, including 102 partner subtype bundles and a product refresh which equated to $35M in TCV. 
·	Monitor reporting analytics and regularly collaborate with BI team to create internal as well as partner facing reports via Business Objects.   
·	Train and provide guidance to existing as well as new team members on platform capabilities, products, services
and tools.
·	Exceeded portfolio revenue target by $1.5M in FY18 and on track to increase FY’19 revenue by $2.2M.  


Provided marketing, reporting and operational support to all Partner Solutions clients. 
·	Collaborated with client services team to grow the AAA partnership from a $1.3M revenue account in FY11 to a National partnership with a current target revenue goal of $7.5M.
·	Responsible for membership databases, marketing, event planning, sales support KPI reporting and month-end reports.
·	Managed all day-to-day operations for the Account Development team, which includes working alongside Experian Legal to assist in executing client contracts, generating ad-hoc reports and entering data extract requests.
·	Project managed internal and external resources during the creation of creative assets and routed through legal/compliance to align with regulatory requirements.
·	Implemented call center tactics for AAA that improved retention rates by 83%.


Marketing Account Coordinator

In charge of contract administration, and tracking of all sales for hibu, formerly Yell Group plc, a multinational directories and internet services company headquartered in Reading, Berkshire, UK.
·	Developed strategies to achieve the required financial targets, which included digitalization of contracts, increase pricing of full and half page ads, merge small town directories into a larger region directory and adapting a lead generation software. 
·	Oversaw the preparation and revision of contracts.
·	Supervised the sales support staff of three regional offices to ensure the efficient, accurate and timely completion of all processes and transactions that affect sales results.
·	Hosted weekly meetings with sales team of over 65 account executives to discuss goals, results, and achievements.

Associate Manager - Sales Admininstration

• Primarily responsible for providing emergency medical treatment, limited primary care and health protection and evacuation from a point of injury or illness
• Assisted doctors and nurses with the health care needs of patients
• Administered emergency medical treatment, shots and medicines to soldiers
• Assisted with outpatient and inpatient care and treatment
• Interviewed patients and recording their medical histories
• Took patients' temperature, pulse and blood pressure
• Prepared blood samples for laboratory analysis
• Prepared patients, operating rooms, equipment and supplies for surgery.

Combat Medic

• Screened self-pay patients to secure potential financial assistance for which they could be eligible
• Conducted interviews with patients and/or family members to identify any potential coverage or benefits
• Monitored and maintained follow-up with all applicable Federal, State and County agencies on all pending cases to expedite the disposition of each case
• Coordinated the transportation and representation for patients interviews 
• Updated patient’s information in hospitals database system. Created and maintained spreadsheets that included patients eligibility progress
