Keep office and equipment in working order and correspond with building management and repair contractors as needed.  Manage project files and job lists.  Review, record and forward office vendor invoices for payment. Log project reimbursable expenses and assist in preparing monthly client invoicing.  Make bank deposits as necessary.  Type office correspondence and prepare marketing materials for potential new projects.  Produce project cost estimate documents for submittal to clients in a timely manner.
