•	Collect, review daily tax payments, reconcile them into the branch’s spreadsheet.
•	Adjust, balancing, reconcile tax payments with the applied accounting fees (such as penalties , UDA fees) 
•	Verify and reconcile mobile properties’ pending funds into spreadsheet.  
•	Mail out tax bills and maintain billing records; support the Tax Collection staff on special projects.
•	Prepare manual and computer logs and files. Reconcile and distribute daily special reports. 
•	Conduct researches related to tax issues such as payment transactions & tax rolls.
•	Responsible for performing clerical duties such as faxing, photocopying, filing and other projects as required by the supervisor.
