Plan and schedule the repair and construction of the US Naval fleet. Work with multiple vendors and departments to ensure contracts are completed on time, with in specs, and on or under budget

Train and develop multiple complex operational plans, supervise, and mentor 170 military police soldiers. Ensure training is completed according to pre determined standards. Complete complex training plans and give commander oral briefs and situation reports on a regular basis. Ensure the accountability of over $50mil worth of sensitive military equipment. Provide logistical support for company size element. 2nd in charge of entire 220th MP Co. Work directly with higher level units (Bn, BG). Responsibilities consist of, but are not limited to, patrols including mounted and dismounted patrols as well as LP/OP (Listening Post/Observation Post) "static patrols", movement to contact, route reconnaissance, raids, cordon and search operations, and convoy and personnel escorts. Operationally, these duties fall under "Area security" and "Maneuver and mobility support". Coordinated and served as the single point of contact for integrating and coordinating sexual assault victim care for Company 

Military Police Company Commander

Maintain current custodial records for all accountable personal property within the assigned custodial area .Ensure that personal property is properly maintained, and is used only for official purposes by Nobel Prize winning scientists. Identify and report to the Property Accountability Officer any property excess to the needs of the custodial area. Submit appropriate reports promptly to the Property Accountability Officer for lost, missing, stolen, destroyed, damaged, or rendered unserviceable accountable personal property. Affix property identification number (bar code) labels onto accountable personal property.

NIST

Ensure the required SOP (standard operating procedure) for data input and document perpetration are followed. Establish new and improved guidelines to help streamline document production and data transfer. Provide data input for CHAMPVA, SB, CWVV and FMP databases. Review all procedures and documents to determine eligibility and correctness.

Coordinate office construction, spacing requirements, and re-organization as an engineering assistant, act as company liaison with multiple vendors. Provide customer support and equipment/audio/visual assistance for high level polycom meetings and briefings.
