Marketing Assistant

I’m committed to the belief that life and people both are full of richness only discovered when viewed from the uncommon angle; exploring this angle is what sparks true creativity. I have spent the past few years pursuing internships at: Synergy (co-working/business incubator), Venture Visuals (cinematography company), and Toyota. My hope is to apply my diverse palette of experiences to support a creative agency in a manner that requires communication, collaboration, and creativity.

- Assisted disabled students and faculty by providing tram services around Cal Poly campus
- Aided testing services with general paperwork, data entry, and exam pick-up/returns

Tram Services Assistant

- Worked with Marketing Director to design and implement marketing program to attract aspiring entrepreneurs and innovators
- Developed and constructed signature design elements for interior spaces
- Photographed and video documented interior elements for use in marketing and promotional materials
- Coordinated with business management team to host 2012 MIT Enterprise Forum event
attended by over 130 entrepreneurs and spoke with local media crews regarding outreach campaign

- Communicated and implemented marketing objectives with Digital Marketing team to Northern California dealerships as part of a national rebranding campaign
- Supported Merchandising department by designing graphic elements via Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator to accompany sales incentives presented to dealers
- Provided Excel reports to Sales and Service managers to illustrate current dealership sales pace compared to month-end corporate sales objectives
- Assumed the role of a prospective car buyer in order to “mystery shop” auto dealerships and monitor key sales processes

Management Trainee Intern

- Developed valuable insight of commercial branding and marketing through use of professional videography
- Performed post-production tasks such as developing project workflows, color correcting, and audio processing
- Conducted setup, teardown, transportation, and cleaning of all RED Epic-X cinema cameras
