•	Responsible for management and timely completion of broad spectrum of commercial tenant finish projects ranging from simple carpet and paint replacement to large multiple phase construction projects

•	Directly supervised multiple labor crews, as well as scheduled and oversaw subcontractor installations and material deliveries for building owners, property managers and existing building tenants
