Textile Designer

-Manage a team of eight textile and graphic designers by distributing workflow and meeting critical deadlines amongst 20+ apparel divisions.
-Research and create original prints that tie back to seasonal trends for a wide range of brands including- Sam Edelman, XOXO, Jolt, My Michelle, and private labels for Macy’s, Dillards, and Bloomingdales.
-Color separate and create original color ways based on seasonal color palettes and stories. 
-Build varying repeats based on vendor and screen specifications.

-Analyzed and presented new color combinations and assisted in creating new color palettes each season.
-Critiqued and provided final approval on lab dips/strike offs in order to meet color standard approval. 
-Conceptualized and grouped together prints each season based on current trends and intended style/fabrication. 
-Worked closely with the art department in order to accurately give color and print concept direction.

-Provided Nony Tochterman of Petro Zillia assistance and feedback in the designing of Petro Zillia X Forever 21 line.
-Obtained materials for inspiration and development and assist in the redesigning of various garments.
- Designed and managed store website- style and photograph various looks for website content, maintain stock inventory, and prepare orders for shipment.
