Business Development Representative

•	Responsible for initiating and developing new business accounts 
•	Prepare and present complete service, product & pricing packages customized to create the best solution to each account's existing or new beverage programs 
•	Manage trials and follow-up procedures to ensure expectations are met and relationships are nurtured with new and existing clients
•	Orchestrate and manage with team of 4 Service Technicians and 5 Route Reps the installation & delivery requirements to guarantee complete satisfaction upon service and product induction

•	Educating and teaching essential information and skills crucial for success in the wine sales industry 
•	Implementation of a blended curriculum with a strong focus on industry relationships, wine sales & marketing techniques 
•	Develop all prep work and classroom execution revolved around the regions wine industry and best practice sales and marketing techniques
