•	Responsible for daily opening and closing operations in compliance with annual bank audit
•	Acting liaison to mortgage, investment and retail products and services for clientele
•	Work with clientele on a personal level to identify, plan and obtain investment and savings goals
•	Directly in charge of expanding, organizing and refining quarterly sales pipeline
•	Educate customers on efficient banking practices to maximize their financial experience and knowledge
•	Responsible for 1/3 of annual & quarterly branch profit

Personal Banker

•	Manage and monitor the performance of 12 student-run organizations, consisting of 360+ college and university students, across the US and Canada
•	Recruit, appoint and coordinate volunteers/fraternity alumni to support and increase membership at individual organizations
•	Create, implement and oversee marketing, PR, advertising and training initiatives for all organizations to increase membership
•	Organize and plan the execution of 7-8 large events per year (250+ people), including banquets, fraternity chapter installations and alumni & volunteer dinners
•	Work and maintain relationships with a variety of parties including volunteers, fraternity alumni, college graduate & undergraduate students and university faculty & administrators
•	Manage annual fiscal budget of $110K+ for marketing, PR, advertising, special events and travel
•	Travel 80% for 9 months out of the year
