Major Projects Survey Technician

Earthwork layout using Trimble and Leica GPS technologies
- Establishment and monitoring of survey control points 
- Establishing bench mark for concrete work using several type of level including DNA10.
- Data pick up for earthwork volume and as built purpose 
- Layout and as built of gridline, anchor bolt and concrete structure.
- Layout steel structures, including gridline and plumpness. 
- Layout of existing and new underground utilities
- Assisting designer and drafter for field requirement
- Conduct field survey work using total station and GPS technology.
- Keeping clear note and record for all the field survey work (Field Book)
- Use of Leica and Trimble GPS technologies and Leica TPS total station on daily bases
?	Experience with GPS & Total Station equipment- (GS 15 & GS 10)
?     Earthworks, Road and Civil surveying
?	Show a high rate of in field trouble shooting 
?	Reading project plans and implementing to the surface
?	Slope & grade staking, elevation staking, volume accum

?	Develop budgets for all stores per buying season in variety of categories
?	Provide a marketing/sales strategy that will work as the season progress
?	Develop and maintain business relationships with sales managers, brand managers and distribution centers to ensure communication in valid in all directions.
?	Manage a staff of 40-55 in 3 stores, schedules, sales seminars and constant coaching to make sure our service was #1
?	Design store layouts, displays and image with a forward atmosphere to set us apart
?	Imput daily, monthly and yearly sales into and detailed excel system to provide budget information for every catagory

General Manager

?	Oversee 9 Eddie Bauer stores, a management team of 18 and 80-140 employees
?	Provide a selling sector for each store for each season and coach the store through it
?	Was the hiring manager once the interview process was at the final stages
?	Providing ongoing sales/communication coaching to management 
?	Handled daily/weekly sales and relayed them all to head office
?	Developed and provided all staff evaluations for my district
?	Attended all sales meetings and conferences necessary to ensure my district always had an edge
