I have a long history of success in retail sales and management. My goals at this point of my life are to progress further into the industry and grow everyday, to understand and experience the world of fashion, retail and business and to establish meaningful relationships both business wise and personal wise with people who share my passion about clothing and skateboarding.

Assisting store manager in store operations, training of staff, customer service, handling of cash, cash register duties including closing and opening counts, merchandising of store, assisting customers using product knowledge and company selling techniques, acting as the go to for any skate questions or requests, store upkeep, receiving incoming shipment and handling outgoing shipment, and communication with upper management about the store and being able to speak on my merchandising and selling techniques. Also acted as store manager during transitional period.

Assistant Manager

Receiving of incoming shipment and organization of product received, handling of outgoing shipments, upkeep of back stockroom including establishing easy organizational system and training staff on it, managerial duties on the sales floor when needed including oversee of staff and sales, cash handling, closing register duties and key holder responsibilities, customer service following guidelines establish in company handbook, and communication with store manager on time tables of competing tasks and changes made regarding back stock organization.

Stockroom Supervisor/Assistant Manager

Training of all staff members, communication with home office and regional manager, handling of shipment incoming and outgoing, merchandising of store, order requests including specific brands and product I thought would sell best in my store, hiring duties, interviewing prospective employees and holding staff meetings when needed. Provided outstanding customer service to all my customers.
