Senior Industrial Designer

As a designer I love bringing a brand’s story to life in the products, packaging and other touch points that help build an amazing user experience.

I have learned through my experience in trend analysis, product design and business strategy to solve complex problems with a people-centric approach to design.

Led the revitalization of the Peltor brand, developing and executing a new Brand & Product strategy, resulting in regained distribution at large key accounts with +25% sales growth year one, and forecast of +100% additional growth year two.

- Led product design strategy for the Filtrete brand, creating clear guidelines to drive a consistent product design language internationally.

- Delivered a forward thinking Product Strategy for 3M Safety eyewear, using a self-driven audit of current product offerings to inspire 3M leadership to invest.

- Directed product photography for various programs at 3M, including the initial stages of the 3M brand refresh.

- Co-managed the first design internship program at the 3M Design Lab in the United States.

- Designed 15+ products in close collaboration with teams in several 3M businesses and brands.

- Assisted in multiple vendor visits to ensure production quality was met product specifications and quality standards.

Industrial Designer

- Synthesized and developed an in-depth trend report on the 2011 Salone del Mobile show in Milan to be used by 60+ designers on the global design team.

- Designed a variety of futuristic product concepts to inspire 3M executive leadership, and show the possibilities of design thinking at 3M.
