My responsibilities included retaining and assisting customers by taking and entering orders, generating opportunities, and maintaining customer satisfaction through inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and online chats. I increased my professional selling skills and techniques by striving to reach my goals through up-selling additional products to customers, while advancing my skills in customer service and problem solving on a daily basis. Over the course of the internship, I generated $74,889 in opportunities, which $62,144 were closed and won sales for the company.
