I have 15 years experience in the Customer Service Field. I strive to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by being patient, courteous, knowledgeable, listening to my customers, always following up through accuracy of orders/invoices, meeting strict deadlines, updating customers or other departments of changes to an order, handle difficult customers by resolving any issues they may have, clearly communicate both verbally and in writing while working in a faced paced environment. My goals are to maintain company standards in customer service, accuracy of orders, work well with and support my fellow teammates as well as other groups, assist in the development of procedures and reports, successfully comply with consumer requests and resolve consumer complaints, can do attitude and strive to keep a high level of work ethics.
