This has grown to now encapsulate Paradox Formula, our own proprietary formula that can ground your chi field and when your chi is grounded, many positive effects may occur. Many thanks and respect to Grandmaster Yau for his guidance and unique understanding in helping shape our lineage knowledge that dates back 5,000 years and the principles that have never changed. With the dedication and risk of our family of riders, 3 people chose to be more. Jake Brown, Peter Smolik, and David Gravette are now all part owners. Doogood was founded in 2002 with the first program at the skatepark of tampa and grew into 33 programs in 10 states and 6 countries, just 5 years later. Now 10 years deep, doogood has remained a 99% volunteer initiative and expanded its reach into art and literacy through its Cards by Kids programs during the holiday season and its Power of the Pen programs in conjunction with Hood Games. As an assignment, I was commissioned to write about the washington street bridge project, tough gig. Kim, Jon and company were wonderful to write for and never chopped up my prose in the name of editor. I thank them for that and am proud to be a part of the first women's action sports magazine

two months until 8 advertisers said they would leave unless they clipped my column. I guess the teen demographic was a little young for this material; or so their advertisers claimed. Wonderful experience and even traded this full page column for a full page ad for Doogood.

The shop is still there today, Cyclepaths Mountain Bike Shop owner, Mr. Greg Forsyth was a great mentor to me and my landlord. 

A great experience, snowboard all day at Squaw Valley. Open the shop from 2-8 and , well, i miss that shop.
