Design engineering, CADD and CGI; AutoCAD, Inventor and SolidWorks; onsite and telecommute.

Design skids and general arrangements of electrolytic packages; ASME/IPS/liquids. Create/modify and detail assembly models, pressure vessels, motors, pumps, valves, instruments, connectors. Work with P.M”s and vendors/reps to obtain spec sheets or CAD files. Create table driven pipes, connectors and valves. Use Inventor for assembly modeling and AutoCAD for P&ID’s.

Mechanical Designer

•	Create/modify/detail for production, create SolidWorks assembly models from scratch. ASME GA’s, typically skid packages equipment (pressure vessels, motors, pumps, valves, piping, connectors), piping and structural for desalinization, gas compression/cooling, chilling. Create/modify P&ID, and site plans. Support sales, design engineers, production/welders. 
•	Design/detail sanitary mobile and skid packages for food/cosmetics processing. Savvy with SPX, CBE and other ASME BPE suppliers.
•	Use SolidWorks 2012; structural weldments, piping and electrical routing, AutoCAD 2013, Adobe CS6.

Reverse engineering of National Oilwell Varco, Mission Magnum centrifugal pumps. Created assembly models, details, production drawings and performance curve data sheet.

Use Inventor and Vault primarily. AutoCAD and Photoshop for vector data and graphics touch-ups.

Design structural and mechanics of utility cart for prototype. Create assembly model, documentation and presentation graphics. Use AutoCAD, Inventor and Photoshop.

Responsible for ascertaining current conditions and creating IT infrastructure proposals, modifications and updates regarding ACAMS and CCTV. Produce PowerPoint presentations including solid and surface modeling of buildings, comm. rooms, electrical and related mechanical systems using AutoCAD, Revit, PowerPoint and Photoshop.

IT Electrical Designer

Create/modify 727, 747 aircraft IPC details of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fasteners and structural.
AutoCAD, ASARS MRP, Catia for model conversions, Boeing Design Interface and PDM data entry.

Technical Illustrator

Projects include IT infrastructure single line diagrams, comm room upgrade proposals, presentations and related equipment information gathering/technical writing for cost and materials.

Design Consultant; CADD & CGI

Structural design/draft and CAD support for Skull Island and Canoga Waterpark using AutoCAD and Inventor.

Structural detailer

- P&ID, mounting structures and assemblies for thermal oxidizer interface.
- Design drafting processing equipment, piping, valves, hardware and pumps.
- Windbox scale modeling to locate veins and adjust burners to increasing pollution control efficiency.
- Worked in the model shop cutting and assembling scale models for testing.
- Use AutoCAD and MS Office; machining equipment includes Bridgeport vertical miller and lathe, drill press and hand tools.

o	Specify flanges and piping for centrifugal pumps.
