Production Artist

Creation of POP materials, in-store displays, brand launch materials and show booths for multiple premium makeup brands. Design and lay out the artwork to match the brand style using approved graphics and colors. Aim for 100% accuracy on requested brand colors, text and sizing for all materials. Create new solutions for displays that are eye catching and keep up with current trends to implement for new launches.

Contract/Freelance work ranging from print media to online advertising material. Projects completed include event planning and booth display, business branding, social media content, website updating, photo editing, POP and CPG, art direction of design teams and ui/ux work.

Designer / Independent Art Director

- Worked on a team of two full time with up to two temps to handle media creation for in-store and online use as well as print media for the entire company. Worked directly with the Marketing team, E-commerce, Buyers and Vendors to create material for e-mail blasts, magazine and varied print ads, Sport Chalet site content and event materials.
- Projects ranged from daily concepts to 6 month out holiday projects. 
- Communicated directly with vendors to gather new product photography and product information for each new season, processed images for print media or online use and cataloged in a company database. 
- Handled daily requests from the buying department and e-commerce team to manage product images, product copy, and updating of the web site for brand stores and sale banners.
- Lead designer for the creation of the POP materials and seasonal look of the Action Pass program, created concept and final artwork for the updated Action Pass cards, flyers and Visa program.
- Project lead for the Adobe Scene7 program for Sport Chalet for the online catalog layout, creation, product image processing and linking.

- Translated conceptual ideas from meetings with clients to executable designs. Adjusted artwork as requested by clients or account reps. Worked in print, web, large format printing, marketing campaigns and packaging design.
- Clients: Vail Resorts, Suncadia, Seattle’s Best Coffee, Microsoft, Flipstart and Corbis Images

Creative Graphic Designer

- Creation of customer ordered design projects, production from concept to the final product and delivery of the project. 
- Projects included, logo designs, packaging design, sales ads and brochures, vinyl graphics (plotted, and printed), building signage, online content, image processing and retouching.

Sr. Project Manager

- Managed a staff that built vehicles for motorsports (SCCA, NASA, CARS, RA, FIA, SCORE) use as well as providing necessary event support. 
- Retail parts sales and services to customers through our business location, web site, and on-site event sales. 
- Managed the shop location day to day and handled marketing, logistical operations and international sales. 
- Developed business relationships with Prodrive UK, Subaru Tecnica International Japan, Subaru USA and Custom Cages UK. 
- Created and handled logistics for events, staff and product for United States, Canada, Japan, Europe and Mexico events.
