I began with the Walt Disney Company working inside Disneyland as a restaurant hostess.  Here I realized I had my foot in the door and began working to move my way with the company.  Shortly after beginning with the company I became a trainer.  After two years of working inside the Disneyland Park I made my jump to Hotels.  I started working as a Front Desk Cast member in May of 2014.  After 9 months of being at the front desk I became a trainer there as well.  Our main job is to conduct check ins with a guest making it a very personalized experience.  Handling cash, assisting with concerns and any other questions that may come up with a family traveling to Disney for the very first time.

Front Desk Supervisor 

I worked at the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society for a 1 semester internship.  Here I was given the responsibility to reach out to vendors, assist with with the logistics of the volunteers needed, and follow through with running the large walks during the day of the events.  After the events were over I assisted with taking inventory of what residual supplies we had and organizing the space.

Event Planning Assistant Intern

As an administrative assistant for South Coast Conservatory I took on many tasks.  At the front desk I would assist any clients that would come to the front desk asking questions about proper class placement for their children, billing questions as well as selling merchandise.  I presented customer service when assisting clients, answering telephones and booking studio space for teachers doing private lessons.  I was apart of a team organizing all evaluations that would happen for the students, taking inventory of costumes and then distributing them to the proper students.
