Banking Center Manager II

I handled all sales and customer service goals for my banking center. Handled all problem resolutions. I was in charge of making sure my branch operated operationally on a day to day basis. Also handled all HR duties for my banking center and office management duties such as ordering, trading, hiring and events.

I lead, coached and developed a team of multiple associates to exceed in quarterly sales goals, embrace new products and procedures and deliver world class customer service. I maintained operational excellence while minimizing risk for the corporation and shareholders. I lead many projects and meetings for my consumer market, including a monthly development meeting for current and potential managers. I marketed new products and services to the associates and trained them on product knowledge and ways to sell. I handled all human resource aspects of my banking center including, staffing, scheduling, new hire development, interviewing, timekeeping and training. I also handled report distribution for my market including data collection and report building.

Licensed to sell life insurance and annuities. Met quarterly sales goals, demonstrated stellar customer service and recognized cross-sale opportunities. I was responsible for complying with regulatory guidelines. I was the sales champion of my area and would generate reports and distribute them to the market. I was also involved with the business association of my area. I routinely organized on-sites with the local businesses in the area.

Assisted an executive team of four at a market research company. Handled day to day office functions such as expense reporting, data implementation, scheduling, travel planning and staff meetings. I assisted with time sheets and payroll processing and distribution. I worked closely with the finance team developing my skills around annual budgets, and expense tracking.
